Shipping Policy

Standard: UK

Sent within 3-5 working days from the day of sale. Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent within 3-5 working days from the next working day.

Standard: International

Sent within 3-5 working days from the day of sale, deliveries can take anywhere from 3-17 working days to arrive in your country. Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent within 3-5 working days from the next working day.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost/undelivered please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.

Return & Exchange Policy

We currently do not accept international returns. However, if you’re in the UK and would like to return or exchange an item for a different size or colour, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact. To arrange a return, please email us here.

Please note, you are responsible for paying the postage charges for returning goods to us. We strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us. We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge. Exchanges are sent out to you free of charge.

If your product is faulty please contact us as soon as possible and we will be able to assist you.
